Further question relating to my OP. What would be the latest date to apply for extension? My current permission to stay ends 20/02/2024.

I am an Australian currently on a multi entry Non O/ Marriage Visa. When I get to my last 90 day permission to stay I want to apply for a new Non O single entry in Thailand and then apply for 12 month marriage extension. My questions are:

1. Can I do it this way?

2. Does the 400000thb required in Thai bank account for 2 months prior have to come from overseas?

Because the photo you took is not very sharp it’s hard to be sure but it looks like the single module item attached to the end of your 3 phase breaker could possibly be the RCD. Take another photo.

When applying for multi entry non o marriage visa does my wife have to be with me?

Has anyone done the required 90 day border hop at Chong Chom lately and if so was the process uncomplicated? I will be obtaining a Multi Entry Non O Marriage from Savannakhet this year and will need to do it eventually.

My friend has a British passport and is entering Thailand visa exempt. While he’s here he is marrying a Thai national then wants to apply for Non Imm O visa at Buriram Immigration. Would anybody have a list of documents required for this application?
