If it is the first time you will need their birth certificates to prove they were born here.
You may also need consent from their mother to take them out of the country.
It would be best if all of you went together to get the visas in Phnom Penh.
No problems with that, consent was given in order to get UK passports.
Have birth certs as well.

OK makes sense.
What do I need to say to immigration when I take children out?

The fee for a single entry non-ed visa is 2000 baht. In Phnom Penh it would be $80 US.
The fee for a one year extension is 1900 baht.
Can this be applied for in Thailand? without children leaving the country?

^^^ children go to international school, with English, and chinese language.

After birth here they can stay indefinitely. But if the they leave the country they need a visa or visa exempt entry when they re-enter the country.
Children under the age of 15 do not pay overstay fines is the only rule that exists but do get overstay stamps. That does not exempt them from needing visas and/or extensions of stay.
starting to get complicated now.

I read that persons born in Thailand, that are Alien, do not need a visa to stay in Thailand, until they are 16.
Partner has had many visas before, including education, and the work permit with health card, buts lets stay on topic please.
Think I will have to see my Lawyer and see what is indeed the case.

If no further comments, then please close thread thanks.

What type of visa can I get my partner who is from Cambodia (Im from UK)
Our Children currently go to School in Thailand, and where born in Thailand, they are 8 years and 3 years old.
Seems with all the crackdown that she now has to leave Thailand every 2 months to get a visa.
We did an education visa many years ago, and really do not want to do that again.
So what options if any do we have to get a 1 year visa?

discussing the colours of a sunrise with blind people is a futile attempt. the consumption of 7kWh in a period of 7½ hours should have been evidence enough that the digits of the meter show kWh and the lines utmost right show fractions.

Great app on android and IOS, you can easily input police road blocks, and stop them getting that annoying tea money
You can easily view where all the road block are as well.

4 month visa
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits

Hi group.
I will be travelling to Thailand in December, i want to stay for 16 weeks. Can I do this on a single entry tourist visa, obtained from the Thai Embassy in London.
Thinking get 60 days on arrival. Then extend by 30 days at immigration. Then do a visa run to Cambodia to get another 30 days. Im not sure if the visa run will give 7,14 or 30 days though.
Multi Entry tourist visa is out of the question as too much info is required and documents required.
Thank you
