sorry methboy but where is all the anger comming from im only looking for some local info . im glad your doing well but as in any country in this day and age us men own sweet fa as soon as we get divorced we lose 50% staright if there are kids involved the the % rate goes trough the roof plus have to pay for the kids till there 18 or until they finish uni . which is deducted from your pay packet with no chance of fighting it . so been an optimist thailand is no different from any other country . sorry if we got off on the wrong foot but like i said im only looking for info atm in no rush to build .

lol i have no intention of useing the local cowboys what im chaseing is a local contractror that has a proven record and i can check out some of his builds and talk with the owners . im in no rush so hopefull with some local knolage from tv ppl we can make it as painless as possable
