On my last trip to Thailand, in January-February this year, my ladyfriend and I traveled around the north. We stayed a few days in Mai Sai and on the way to Chiang Rai we visited a tea farm, Choui Fang Tea Plantation. It was early morning so we had breakfast there. I bought several packets of tea that I took with me to Norway. Normally I do not drink much tea, so I can not compare with other teas. It's a great area.
Here are some photos I took from the place.

I use Microsoft Office, Norwegian version. The program allows me to add multiple languages. When it comes to English, I can choose the following versions:
Australia
Belize
Canada
The Caribbean Islands
The Philippines
India
Ireland
Jamaica
Malaysia
New Zealand
Singapore
UK
South-Africa
Trinidad and Tobago
USA
ZimbabweI often use Google Translate to translate from Norwegian to English and sometimes to Thai.
For information, the Norwegian word "farge" is translated to Colour.

Why not go to Udon Thani or Nong Khai. Both places have bar areas where foreigners meet. I was there four years ago and enjoyed both places well.

For about 10 years ago I walked around Siam Square and smoked a cigarette. Done with that, I tried to find a garbage span where I could throw the cigarette butt. I saw none but since there was a lot of trash on the sidewalk, I threw it there. Suddenly there was a police and he explained that what I did was illegal and the fine was 1500 Bath. I paid the fine. He even asked if I needed a receipt, which I don't needed.
Since then I always have a small plastic bag where I put the cigarette butt until I find a place where I can throw it. After that I have never been stopped by the police and I have been traveling here for 15 years. -
Next time it is necessary to purchase insurance, I will look for several insurance agents.

I don't know which insurance she has. I have to ask next time I meet her.

I do not think that she will wear gold necklace. I am more afraid of the phone that she always carries. All places that we visit, she must take selfies.

I am always well-insured, so I will continue to buy insurance for my girlfriend when we travel abroad.

Thanks for the reply.
I assume your answer applies traveling in Thailand.
When travel to other countries in Southeast Asia, would you recommend Insurance for her?

Three times a year I travel to Thailand and each time for four weeks. I have a Thai girlfriend who I travel around Thailand with. We also take a short trip (3-4 days) to other countries in Southeast Asia. The times we travel out of Thailand I always buy a travel insurance that covers her stay abroad. It does not cover domestic travel. I have my own insurance.
The insurance company that I so far have used, is AIG, which has office in Siam Tower - Bangkok. This costs THB 1,148 (Plan A) for 4-6 days for travel in Asia.
My question is:
Should I have insurance for travel within Thailand for my Thai girlfriend?
Are there other insurance you think is better?

I'm not so sure. In a few months, this will be forgotten. Maybe some of you living in Thailand will remember it and not visit the hotel. But it seems that some are curious and want to spend the night there. I constantly read in newspapers and watch TV about many tourists who are dissatisfied with staying in hotels in other countries, including Spain and Greece. Tourists do not stop going there for that.
