  1. Of course both are decent investments and the price of both, while it will have ups and downs, will ultimately continue rising for the rest of our lives. As for which one is best, Bitcoin is without question. Just buy as much as you can and keep hold of. If you can hold it for 5 years minimum trust me you will be glad that you did.

You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife that does not require the letter.

    See: https://www.immigration.go.th/content/service_24

Can this extension also be granted if the visa itself is not expired? For example my permission to stay expires on May 30, but the visa is valid until September...

    Just trying to plan ahead

  3. She probably does like you because you're young, but at the same time you don't have any money for her so she has to continue working. She's young herself so I doubt she really knows what to do, sounds like she wants to keep seeing you but at the same time she has to keep working to make money. But typical thai girl, she is denying that she is working because she knows you won't like it.  In other words, she doesn't really know what she wants.

Anyway, the situation probably wouldn't change unless you were suddenly able to support her so she can stop working. A factory job with a <deleted> salary won't cut it for her, it's not enough.

I doubt you can afford to start supporting her, especially as you are probably saving most of your money to come back to Thailand when possible. So the situation will continue as it is, for as long as you're involved with her.

Best thing, if you can, dump her and find a regular girl that's nowhere near the bar scene. It's very easy to do, especially at your age. If you have better than average looks you'll probably be able to find hundreds, actually. ????

    So just do that.

As previously mentioned 3% is the norm. However, RE agents in Thailand do little to nothing to earn that. The post the house on their website, then sit on their asses in their office waiting for someone to spot the house on the web and ask to see the house. I’d much prefer to pay 7% to someone that actively searches for buyers and promotes the sale of my house.

Any ideas where to find such an agent that actively searches for buyers?
