  1. But the architects have to assume that the builders will use the specified materials. But they probably didn't...
  2. I much prefer to roll my own with a sprinkle of Golden Virginia to enhance the taste and ensure a smoother burn. Skinning up is an art form and I'm damn good at it, I would never pay for something pre-rolled.
  3. This guy used to live in my town. Apparently he just ran out of money after almost 20 years, so faced with the prospect of being homeless in Thailand he just thought sod it, at least in the nick he gets a bed and something to eat. At 80 years old, he probably can't even do the stuff he was convicted of doing anymore, so perhaps not such a bad move on his part. he can't have long left anyway... What makes me laugh is how the cops try to present this as some sort of win on their behalf, their relentless pursuit of justice bla bla bla... They didn't have the first clue where he was and I'm not sure I believe their claim they "suddenly" tracked him down just before he decided to turn himself in
  4. Mukhdahan is much better, there are tons of those karaoke bars around with more hot Lao girls than you'll see during your entire stay in Savannakhet
