We gave birth to a child here in Thailand, both of us are foreigners, so just after birth our baby got 2 different passports...

As i have a business here, work permit etc... and a good secretary for this kind of questions i asked her if we could manage to get the baby the Thai Nationality.

The answer for the moment is no.

But at 16 years old the teenager will then be entitled to choose if she wants to be Thai.... 16 years away will be 2020 for our case and until then ??!!@@????? lots of water will pass under the bridges...

But most probably it is active now for people born 16 years ago and +... ??

Another problem was about visa for the baby. We do not need a visa as long as we do not leave the country...

And from now on as the baby left the country, she follows my visas as for my wife wich is not working here ....

Mr. Patrick Roos passed away at 36 Yrs on the saturday morning 10.12.05.

He was from Marseilles, France. He staid in korat for over 10 yrs, was few years in Pataya before coming up to Korat.

He was married 15 years with his Thai Wife Khun Noi, he has 2 kids Marco and Celine...

I like goats but for bbq, i do not know how to breed and so on !

There is a restaurant in Korat, at Mike, PASINEE, we buy nearly every week some lamb parts for our house consumption from his place.

if you wanna sale some in korat see Mike at his place, he will purchase, butcher and sale to the farang community of here ! If you do goat cheese this would be the rigth place also for some sales...

We would appreciate and prefer from the frozen and expensive in the supermarkets !

I heard that they just openend, and indirectly someone got there near assumption school, exact place is on demand in 5 minutes his Visa was renewed...

This Aussi guy needs to go to trial and if guilty what's looks like to be the case go to shadow preferably here in Thailand for time enough to make him impotent for sure....

I think this posting are correctly placed by George, it informs me about foreigners in Thailand, some may be people i know and could help them or so if they are caught wrongfully what may happen depending the mood of the guys in brown...

I am just happy the so many murder cases and other raping what can be found on Thai TV or Thai news concerning only Thai people is not coming by this breaking news it would have a lesser reason to be found here....

The posting of this foreigner cases can may be give a better opinion then what may be found on Bagkok post or The Nation only as people of the forum may know them positively or negatively making the picture more clear...

How comes that all teachers involved in this programm agreed and complain only 6 month after that their sudents are not able to understand them and they are not able to explain in thai...

Nice place to live Thailand, unfortunately the very poor educationnal system makes a lot of parents move out for the better of their children
