I just got my METV visa approved , as we know each country embassies ask for different documents, mine in Rome asked to me for the house owner ID card not the rental contract plus a second thai return flight

Hi all , I'm going to apply for an METV e-visa soon with the intention to stay in Thailand for 6 months , there is one thing that I'm not sure how to submit it so I ask for your help and suggestions. My concern is about the invitation letter ( proof of accommodation ) , I've a house rented yearly so I was thinking to upload the contract , the owner ID card , copy of the house book and an invitation letter but I'm not sure how the letter should be written , can you please help me with an specific example word after word , I'm Italian and my english is limited and I need to be sure to do the right thing and submit proper documents so I'll appreciate your help.
