The DNA they have has most likely been cross contaminated.. there would also surely be fingerprints, fibre, sweat etc DNA of the perp.. there is certainly lots more CCTV which I'm sure will tell a story. They must have CCTV of either them leaving together or each on their own.. Why have they not shown any CCTV of either of them as they left the bars..?!? maybe because it would also implicate others..

The third person has said today, he does not believe that his two friends are guilty.. that he has been beaten also. The next morning when he saw his two friends, all appeared normal and neither of them had any cuts, scratches etc. If that is their only witness then he is only going to beneficial to the defence tbh

He also said they bought 3 beers... now 3 beers between 3 wouldnt get anyone even merry, he left them at 1am... that leaves the 2 remaining an hr or so to go from 3 beers shared out between 3 to very very drunk... ok its possible but pretty bloody hard to do

The time of death is supposed to have been after 3a.m. which makes it even harder. But in other accounts they were supposed to have been drinking wine as well as beer. Even so, they would have had to drink quite a lot over 4 hours to be pie eyed. Unless they stole it from the AC Bar, it doesn't seem they could have had much cash to buy a huge amount of drink, especially wine.

If they had drunk the beers/wine on the beach.. sure the containers would have been retrieved as evidence ?!? I have always had a problem with the cig butt tbh. Surely on any beach there would 100's but they managed to find a butt which has a DNA match(within hours) allegedly or it's been cross contaminated from the start.. and why the lack of other forensics such as fibres, sweat etc.. Same as yourselves so many unanswered questions..?!? I fear that even if the DNA is a match.. nobody is ever going to know what to believe anymore.. Just hope that people don't let this go.. it's not the first time and it won't be the last but they need to realise that people around the world will forever be scrutinising these many murders that happens now and in the future..

adjusted the CCTV's color provided by the police. It appears that there was somebody who was walking in front of him when he was walking back. Why did police edited out the missing 2 minutes?

If the bike photo is of the 3 suspects of the incident beforehand.. does that mean they went home and changed.. as none of them have light colour shorts on which were worn by the 'running man' on CCTV. Although it could be something that CCTV can do.. depending on the light ? Or the CCTV may not be of any of the 3.

Two of the 3 have confessed to the killing and their DNA tests will be known within the next 12 hours

Just maybe the Police do have DNA evidence but want to ensure murder charges stick.. unlikely I suppose.. or the other option is that they have no DNA and what would be the point in enforcing him to be a witness, if there was nothing else to back it up.. as whom ever he said had committed the crime would be worthless evidence if no DNA as backing... unless pinning the DNA on a scapegoat.. British Embassy need to ensure that these DNA samples are from the correct people to ensure every bodies safety(which won't happen) or just boycott the IOS.. which I feel is the better option.. certainly will be dissuading my kids from visiting in future...

No, it has no bearing on the case directly.. but he is maybe not going to be seen as a credible witness either with a conviction for whatever it is for.. Feel as a witness he may not do himself or anyone else any favours.. the word was always out there.. but he was the one whom spoke up when others wouldn't/didn't.. good on him for that.. but I would hope through DNA and witnesses, to the lead up of this terrible crime would be best way to go.. from here on in.. more beneficial.

Not sure about Thai law.. but in the majority of any other countries.. Sean would not be seen as a credible witness anyway as he has a criminal record.. So reliable other evidence and DNA match is definitely going to be needed.. hope they do now have the correct people and the samples for DNA given are really of the said people specified..

No suggestion the pics of a certain guy put on FB was the owner of "the AC bar" only that he was the leader of the mafia threatening sean last night.

Dosnt surprise me one is an owner of another bar, birds of a feather flock together n all that. Besides that all the business pretty much on that beach area is controlled by just one family, however its split up such as rent contracts etc etc to seem like its many different owners nothing happens in that area without the knowledge or nod from a certain family or two.

I do not know this area at all.. but unless it was a gang, it is strange that anybody would target 2 people. There is a possibility that the male was swimming in the sea.. the female was approached by somebody known or unknown to her.. they may have even thought that she was there on her own at first and targeted her. Then it's only after, that they realised she was not alone.. could explain how the male was unclothed... that he was hit around the head and drowned as he was trying to get back to the beach to help her. No bashing please.. just saying they may not have been attacked at same time and could also explain different weapons used
