I believe that as long as you passed a physical by a doctor with a EKG you should be able to do it. As far as fighting is concerned

you would have to take your time and build up your stamina real slowly. Thai Boxing is a great way to get into shape. Talk to your

instructor and doctor about your goals, then take it from there.

This kind of stuff happens in Honolulu Hawaii all the time so Thailand doesn't have a Monopoly on violent crime. I think that Honolulu is worse than Phuket.

I spent a month in Phuket a couple years ago. The only thing I would say is that you should be at your hotel before 1400;

At 0300 I went to the 7-11 and I had all these Lady Boys following me. My hair was standing on end telling me that I was

in a bad situation. A really beautiful Thai woman came up to me and asked if I wanted sex and I said no because I like guys.

Then she took my hand to here crotch and I felt a penis at least 10 inches long. Horrified I ran back to my Hotel. I will not have sex with

The Similan Islands are awesome for diving. I spent two weeks on a live aboard with Sunrise Scuba and there was as much beauty

above the water than in. There were trips to the island's beaches in between dives. But that is just about as much as you can expect.

There isn't a lot to do. Just enjoy the World Class Diving and just relax and take it easy.

I'm new to this Website, but I have spent time in Phuket (30) days. I fell in love with Thailand and it's people. I plan on moving to Phuket in a year on a retirement visa. The problem is that I caught a very bad case of Diarrhea which lasted after I got home.

I would be doing something and I would let loose. I drank bottled water only, but I have been told I may have swallowed some water during a shower. How can I prevent this in the future?
