  1. There are now 336,000 likes on the CSI LA facebook page. Are all these people just smoking crack? Where there is smoke there is fire. If the Thai police really had the killers that large a group of people would figure it out. They would not be feverishly posting about how corrupt the investigation is and that the guys are scapegoats. That is the cool thing about humans. There are always a few nutjobs, but when you get a very large group together they find a way to the true answer. Now the hard part is getting the Thai authorities to admit to the bull sht. But that will be a difficult task since all their palms are greased, and if one guy gets caught they just throw him to the dogs and then continue in their ways. They don't want to do anything that would mean less money for them.

  2. We know the Thai's are not interested in justice. If they wanted to be true and shut down all speculation all they would have to do is have a British Forensic expert or even Porntip the Thai forensic expert collect DNA from the two suspects without the help of police. Send it to the UK for verification from the post mortem exam. UK authorities would have no reason to lie, neither would Pornthip or the UK forensic experts. If they said it matched then everyone would praise the Thai police for doing their job. Of course this won't happen because it would require a real desire to find the killers and it would require common sense and honesty.

  3. Here is why the police did torture them. There was a Thai taxi driver in Koh Tao that said the police offered him a bribe to be a witness. When he refused he said the police beat him. No Thai living in Koh Samui would dare make this up. First he could be killed by the local mafia, and second he would face punishment according to Thai law for libel. He would have to be insane to make that up. Second, there have been at least a half dozen other Burmese who have come forward and said they were beaten and tortured. Andrew Drummond even had pics on his website of marks on some of these victims. A bunch of people unrelated to each other would not make this stuff up. Due to the number of people reporting this behavior by police one has to conclude that where there is smoke there is fire.

  4. "Examined the evidence according to international standards"? Put down the crack pipe. International standards mean a forensic expert is called in to do the forensic work and testing, not the BIB's. You're own Thai forensic expert in BKK has said you made a mistake not calling on them, so no, you did not collect evidence according to international standards. You didn't even protect the crime scene according to international standards. Put down the crack pipe sir. The rest of the world is not stupid and is not buying what you are selling.

  5. someone needs to make a website telling about all the bad things on Koh Tao. All the murders, rapes, police intimidation and bribes etc. Need to get that info out so that when people do searches for Kho Tao they see that instead of all the glorious images of Koh Tao. Maybe then people will reconsider vacationing in Koh Tao and hurt them the only place they care, their wallets. Hopefully inform people of all the great beaches in Vietnam and Myanmar and other places too. Thai's have proved they only care about money coming in through tourism. They don't care about things like justice, honesty and integrity. Not all Thai's of course, just the ones policing it. The ones that really matter

  6. The pm shows a complete lack of judgement and shows why he is a only a military guy and not a politician. First, he made the insensitive comment about bikini's and she wasn't even wearing a bikini. Second he practically jumped out of his chair to say what a great job the police did and put his reputation on the line by being on their side. Why would he want to sully his own name when the police were obviously bungling the case in every way imaginable. I can't comprehend the logic behind that.

  7. Everything about this is absurd. But one of the most troubling aspects to me is the fact that the senior policeman in Thailand has the audacity to say police did a "perfect job" with this investigation. <deleted>? This is his idea of perfect? Now even a top forensic expert, Thai nonetheless, is criticizing the police. Crime scene compromised, murder weapons not protected and handled my numerous people. Police doing press releases and then contradicting themselves an hour later. I could go on and on but you get the point. That is a "perfect job."??? Wow, just wow

  8. Sounds to me like the interpreter is the one saying they confessed. The interpreter who is possibly being paid by the police to get the confession, the interpreter that both suspects say they are afraid of, the same interpreter that supposedly beat the suspects along with police. Hello????????????????????????????????? Maybe get a different interpreter. That thought ever cross your mind. I think these two are not guilty, and the two guys in Sean Mcana's photos and the son of the chief need to be re-examined. The police don't want to do this because they are protecting their own. CSI LA says a student at the university said the son of the chief didn't show up until the 16th and had bruises and a scratch on his neck. There is 2 minutes of missing cctv footage. The dna of mon and the others needs to be independently verified. It is real easy for the police to get everyone off their ass. Say ok, we will allow an independent dna test to be done on these 2 suspects. And an independent dna test done of all these big guys in koh tao. Nobody with a Thai name can be involved. If they did that we would know the true killer and nobody would question anything. Of course the police won't do this because it would require honesty and common sense, two things they are lacking. This is disgusting.
