You did leave thailand beforw, never to return, had it with all the bulls**t here and were sitting at the airport ready to depart for a new life in Cambodia (I think it was). Then you came back after a few days.

I think it s down to the dish as well. Somtam thai is pretty healthy if you ask for "mai wan". A lot of issaan food seems ok - laab etc as just basic ingredients and no fat.

All those curries and stir fries though!!
