    Being on a retirement extension, I need to go overseas for a while and will naturally get a re-entry permit. Question is how long will it stay valid for? Reason for asking is I'm not sure exactly how long I'll be away. TIA Fossil

    A British national wanting to have an extended stay here needs a visa such as a non-o or non-oa. Where in the UK does one go, is it still the Thai Embassy in Hull? Needing to pass on proper info for them so they can start the process. Many thanks.
