“It is not a problem of PM 2.5 dust at all, but a natural phenomenon in the summer which is about to change into the rainy season." PM 2.5 is not a problem for those that don't breathe often. Oh, and don't worry because in a few months it will all blow off somewhere else. Meanwhile it's perfectly fine to go outside and bike a few km or maybe run a marathon. OK folks, there's nothing to see here - keep moving along... -
Nobody in the RTP ever loses their job when caught with their pants around their ankles, they are simply 'transferred' to an undisclosed location where they can continue their crimes uninterrupted. Life as usual in LOS.

This must be one of the very few countries in the world where the police chief has to remind his minions to refrain from drugs while on duty. What about a lil shot of whiskey to help get through the dull days of exhausting law enforcement? Been here for many years but I still can't believe some of the stuff that goes on.
