  1. Poor boy, you are stressed so much. Why just stay home

Everyday I drive I am forced to move to the left lane to drive around a slow car thats in the right lane. Dont these idiots know that slow cars should drive in the left lane? The worse is when theres a slow car in the left and the right and when Im blocked. Its at these times that I will flash the lights.

I have to practice my mantra 'I need to lower my expectations'. I say it over and over and breath deep....

  2. If that's what happened, then, yes, that's a risky move, but sorry, if she got to the room and then decided she didn't want to have sex in the room and he still forced sex, that is STILL rape. There are thousands of reasons she might have decided to say no, and frankly, she doesn't even need to have a good reason. NO should be enough.
Is it rape? Difficult to prove for her. Going with an Arab to his room late at night. Why did she go there?

Thirteen beaches in six provinces have been found to be of a very good environmental condition in an assessment by the Pollution Control Department of the Natural Resources and Environment Ministry.

The assessment was carried out under the “beaches with stars” project for the year 2017.

The project has been carried out since 2002 as a tool to know the environmental quality of sea beaches for better prevention of and solution to environmental problems at all beaches. The assessment is made in four aspects: pollution control; natural conditions; environmental management; and, tourism management.

  4. It is... try to drive in Pattaya now days or better yet, find a parking spot,
Pattaya is always busy around this time of the year, but this is not the
Pattaya of old, it's all about money now, and stupid edict like don't smoke
on beaches, tones of drugs and illicit sex and every other vice under the
sun is available not to mention variety of Mafia Thai and foreignness
operating there, never mind all that as long as the tourists are still coming.....
    Sodom & Gomorrah

  5. Is it in Her Area.?

If you do happen to part ways --at a latter date....would you want to live there?

As you can not have it in your name you should look for some protection, maybe consider a 30 lease with subletting clause.
Also both make Wills... If anything should happen to the lady-then Thai laws deem that the property be divided amongst her family.
    Don't do it

  6. You got it right.
T is for Trump and Thaksin
     D is for Democrats
Trump like the other T is trying to do what must be done for the people of  his country.. His opponents who only care about themselves . Their power, their money, their entitlement. And at the same time say Trump is the bad boy.
Trump is fighting the established powers. Much the same as the north fighting the south to get rid of slavery. or the common man of Thailand fighting the elite. Not an easy task when the opponents have every thing at their finger tips to make it difficult for him.
Thailand uses coups, America uses impeachment. I just hope he stands tall and wins for the sake of America and the free world.

  7. Hello.
I am an expat married to Thai husband and we have 4 months old baby who is Thai citizen by birth.
But we decided to get divorced and my marriage visa expires in coming June.
My baby still needs mother and father doesnt want to let me have custody so we need to talk to lawyer but I guess it will take time to settle down.
So before June, I need to apply new visa from marriage visa.
What kinda visa should I apply? I am currently not working but I have been supporting family by transferring money from account in my home country.
    Thanks in advance.

Tell him to get custody of the child, or otherwise no divorce
