  1. Selling a house fully/partly furnished or empty?

    MisterQ posted a topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
    My wife wants to sell a house in Pathumthani, she wants to buy all new kitchen stuff and some basic furniture telling that this will pay off when selling the house. I have my doubts if it really will have any positive influence on the sales price and would rather sell the house without anything inside so the new owner can furnish it acoording to his/her needs. Does anyone have experience in this and can give some advice?
