On the TM.7 form, after "kind of visa", you have to fill in: Arrived by (mode of transport).................... from.................... Port of arrival.................... date.................... month.................... year.................... arrival / departure card TM.6 no. .................... Do they want the date of arrival when I first got the visa or do they want the date of my latest arrival in Thailand? If the latter, is that the date stamped on the TM.6 card?
