very interesting...looks like malaysian food has got a lot of indian influence...I useta think of it as simply malay food like what ye get in Indonesia (satay, rendang, ikan bakar, etc) but that appears not to be the case...looks delicious...
never spent much time in Malaysia except to get a visa in Penang but then I ate either indian food from the restaurants on Chulia St (tandoori, curries. etc) or chinese (noodles, stir fries, etc) from the food hall in the shopping center...misconceptions abound...
I'm Malaysian and I surely do miss the Malaysian Food. Been away from my homeland about 4 years now [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]. Enjoy it all till you can bro !

Just some info, i managed to open an account with Kasikorn Bank with a 30 day visa exempt at the sadao border branch .....its the only kasikorn branch there.....5 minite from the immigration check in
Yes, I could if I had a Thai bank account, which has proved quite difficult to get with a tourist visa. So, since I'm staying in Hat Yai, I thought that a short, cheap flight to Kuala Lumpur would be the easiest solution to that problem.I know the horse has bolted, but always good to get advice on here, before rather than after.
could you not get the non 'o' in Thailand by way of a conversion

Im Malaysian and if there is a shop selling mamak food .....would appreciate if you could pm me the location cheers mateall the cheap Indian restaurants in Bangkok sucks and all the good ones are very expensive, I realized that even some of them are using ready preheated microwave dishes,I recommend you try some of the Arabic restaurants in soi Nana, they have some cheap Indian dishes which tastes great for very affordable price, for example dal soup and chicken curries and tandoori are available at most of those Arabic restaurants.
I am looking for a restaurant which servers the same type of fresh Indian mamak food in Kuala lumpur, any one got idea ?
my own recommendation is Petra restaurant which is a Yemeni restaurant which has some delicious Indian dishes, the Nan bread is freshly baked in a coal oven, best dishes are Nan soup, Chicken tandoori and chicken grill very outstanding as for the price it s around 500 Baht for 3 dishes.
Oh dear oh dear.....try Indus Suk Soi 26...weekend brunch is 625 Baht.
Its all cooked to order and you can have as much as you like.
This is "great" Indian food.

What kind of visa extension.....tourist visa ?

As some might know I had to move due of work commitments to the " beautiful" island called Phuket.due that my new company is paying for our housing we choose a house in a gated community where the rent isn't cheap...
Though beside us lives a Thai lady alone with a brand new BMW and stays home all day except when she takes her little "dog" for a walk. 2-3 times a week comes a black limousine ( with driver) and a Thai chap is visiting her between 1-2 h .
For my taste she isn't a stunner( very white, skinny and red dyed hairs) but she must have obviously other qualities...but heck for 2-3 times sex a week?you can get this a lot cheaper..
Sorry for asking but what makes you think that he is there only for SEX 2-3 times a week......perhaps she is a really nice individual ......doesnt mean every mia noi is a sex slave !!!

OP....Have talked to a friend in the 'know' and he suggests 33psi all round. Much to do with pot hole stuff in LOS and you 20's being feeerked..
Hey trans will try it out in about an hout and update ......thank you so much transam
-
Thata for sure.....A 105 load index tire will lose 25KG+ of weight load capacity for every PSI down - be very cautious when lowering pressures.
The only spec that matters in this case is weight load ability. Wheel diameter/width, tire width/aspect are meaningless.
Safety first, right?
-
For starters, the max pressure written on the tyres is the max for a given application, your ride is well under that max pressure limit for your application.
Recommended pressures om your original tyres are exactly that, for those tyres, nothing to do with your new set up. High end Vigos have 265 tyres with a 'recommended' pressure of 29 psi all round. If me I would go for that as starters. Unfortunately your loss in sidewall depth will affect comfort as stock 265/70x16 or 265/65x17 have more sidewall depth and flex.
Thanks Trans .....will give it a go with 29 and adjust accordingly cheers mate ...Thanks a MILLION

OK, 925KG means it's a load index of 105.
The OEM tires have a load index of 104/106 - so the new tires are midway.
That means you can just use the recommended pressures on the sticker above.
Thanks mate
Just one thing - your 20" tires are rated for max. 50 PSI cold inflation pressure, but your tire label recommends up to 51 PSI. Do not exceed the tire rating of 50 PSI....
Noted with thanks mate -
