Lot of people are concerned regarding monthly deposit. In Canada we get a yearly statement telling us what our pension amount will be for the upcoming year. Do other countries have the same. We can also call and have a statement forwarded to us via email in some cases.

Are you working in the LOS. With that much experience and knowledge would it not be more beneficial to work in another country. Make the big buck and then fully retire.
I turn 50 in Dec, my wife and I are trying to decide where is the most cost effective place to retire on a 5000 Canadian monthly budget. Thailand, Bali or Vietnam.

Wow. Book em Danno....Phuket is in a sad state of affairs. This year we finally made a switch for our winter getaway. Spent 3 months in Bali. The people there actually like tourist. They were all so warm and friendly. Cabs were ultra cheap. Ladies and gentlemen do yourselves a favour. Get the hell out of the land of empty smiles. Cheers
