Best ever experience! I went to check on requirements two weeks ago. I had a query about a missing bankbook and statement FTT entry (Wise change of policy last October} and gave then a letter from Kasokorn Bank explaining the 'local' tranfer to Bangkok Bank. They understood the problem and said 'no worries' and gave me an appointment for yesterday afternoon. I arrived with all the correct paperwork at 1 pm and left at 2.30 pm with an 'under consideration' stamp. The main reason, I think, for the good experience was that there had been a complete change of personnel since last year. I hope these new people stay in post for the foreseeable future. Slightly off topic. I changed my passport (UK) 4 months ago. I did a 90-day last month in person (No Problems). I intend to do my next 90-day online. Can I expect problems when I enter the new passport number?
