Especially the (now closed) smoking holes were absolutely appalling. But also outside smokers are treated like unwanted insects.

Exactly and especially now they should be one team in ordering mouth masks and protecting the population. Every country has their own rules now, some do use mouth masks, others do not and even dare to say that they don't work at all. They all have medical experts though, from the best universities and still they can't speak with one voice.

I also read that italian car companies now are building ventilators, car wiper motors seem to be excellent for that function and many car companies make them now.
