  1. Why not just set up a monthly recurring ACH transfer from your US Bank Account to your Bangkok Bank account, using the New York branch routing number? It seems easier and gives you more flexibility at a cheaper rate. Most domestic banks allow deposit only transfers to any US Bank. I know USAA does.

    I read the page below, and it looks to me like the way to go.

  2. Although it looks suspicious..Sometimes serious people who commit suicide try and bind their own hands in order to keep them from saving themselves. This is mostly done with some sort of mechanical restraint though. It's not uncommon for people to commit suicide during or after one final "blowout". Sort of a farewell party for themselves. I guess my point is sometimes it's only just suicide. Nothing any more sinister.

    You've gotten a lot of advice. One thing I can tell you from personal experience is the source of my back pain. Whenever I am under stress, it seems to always induce some sort of back pain. No stress, no pain. This is just for me though. If you have an injury, that's something different altogether. Good luck and try to relax.
