  1. Hi luludada,

Have you check out the website for www.bangkokdentalcenter.com (Bangkok International Dental Center). They have alot of international patients that fly in specially to get major works done. I really enjoyed talking to some of them while I visited them some time back and will definately still go back there again. Was very impressed with their list of doctors and building as well.

If I'm not wrong, the cost of the implants will depend on the implant system that you choose - so ask what brand it is. Also check if the pricings already includes the abutment, crown and all as I've checked the website and some clinic separate the charges.

  2. Know that the dental clinic in Bangkok is good. Haven't tried anyone in Pattaya.

Anyone know if its the dental standards are good there?

The place I went in Bangkok is Bangkok Dental Home. They did a good job for laser tooth whitening for me. Think their having promotion now. You could check their website (www.bangkokdental.com) and ask them for quotations or more information. Think their email is [email protected] if you want to try the treatment in Bangkok.

    Hope this helps. Good luck!

  3. Try Bangkok Dental Home (www.bangkokdental.com).

They're friendly, realistic and seems honest with their policies. Reasonable pricing too.

Have met a number of overseas patients. Homely feeling.

  4. Why not try Bangkok Dental Home? Had my teeth done there and met other foriengers there. The service is friendly. The specialist that I had was professional. The clinic is clean and I found one of the best thing about them is their prices are extremely affordable - lower than the hospitals and the other clinics mentioned.

From what I understand, they have a policy that they do not charge any hidden costs such as services fees, consultation fees, credit card fees that many of the hospitals and clinics charges at the end of your bill.

Try emailing them at [email protected]. Or you can see their website at www.bangkokdental.com which is quite complete.

  5. I've been to Bangkok Dental Home to have laser tooth whitening done as they were, not sure if they still are, having a promotion on it. I thought that they did a good job there.

Found them on the Internet and their email response was pretty quick. The staff are friendly and the best thing is they speak good English. Their dental specialists are also very professional. Was reading their site and their specialists for treatments such as dental implants, braces are overseas graduates.

For some reason, they've received quite a lot of overseas patients. I was waiting for my turn in queue and most of the patients there were foreigners. I met this American lady who just flew in from the US, she worked in Iraq. She flew in for her vacation and wanted to get her full front smile done. A colleague of her's had recommended her there. I think she decide to have it done in the end.

My impression of the clinic is that it is clean and professional. Their prices are also very affordable compared to other clinics in Bangkok including those mentioned. Did my homework.

    Thumbs up! :D

Also found out that certain clinics in Bangkok may use other light sources to do tooth whitening and passes them off as laser tooth whitening. So becareful when you out there!

  6. I went to this heatlh and beauty convention at the Queen Sirakit Convention Center about a month back and met a chircopractice doctor. He was originally from the US. Had trouble with my back too. Placed a deposit with them but haven't had time to go back there so can't comment much on the effectiveness. I think they mentioned several courses a week are need for the treatment to be effective.

You could try him if you like. Their located in Lumpini. The number is 022554208. Hope this is helpful. :o
