Shld there be any drama of her trying to get in let the condo call the police. And yes he did change the lock.

For now we dont have access to wechat pay or alipay but the truemove wallet is accepted. I seen alot of china tourist paying via alipay or wechat pay. 

Few years down the road we may see more merchants accepting mobile payment

If you are a Malaysian it will be dead simple. The embassy staff jus request a freestyle handwritten letter on why I require residence certificate, a photocopy of my passport and identify card. In 2hours i had my certificate cost 600baht for 2copies.
