You better not put anything expensive in your bag which is under the bus. There was this case while someone of the bus company was going inside the luggage room while the bus drives. When people realized stuff off their bags were missing, it was too late. This was here on TV also

Doping drinks is everywhere in the world. Food...not that much

We were struggling also, but finished our house end of last year.

I am actually very happy and the price was fair. The company is Sanmanock &Hoffmann in Khon Kaen near Bueng Kaenakorn lake.

They gave us also tips which was actually not helping them, like we had to wait with the construction because the earth wasn't sacked enough and so on...another company before said, they can do it.

So they were very honest and I had 2 little things which were not good when everything was done. (2 floor tiles and a water pipe)

I think I had more problems with my house in belgium than this one. I can recommend.

but that was not incl land i guess?

I had everything included, Land, professional very modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms each 14 sqm, tiles to the ceiling, a prof. Aircon system with 5 regulators, ....

really happy with everything they did

Our house was just finished with www.khon-kaen-house.com and I'm really happy so far.

I had 2 choices to pay, cheap or a bit more expensive with different materials. We took the second one which was "only" 300000 baht more but the quality of everything they used is really "Wow" .

I paid incl. land 3.6 mill for a 3 bedroom house on half rai land a bit out of Khon Kaen.

We went there everyday to check what's going on and that we not get ripped off. But we didn't find anything suspicious or that anyone even tried to rip us off.

Can really recomment. They were also very very fast.
