As long nobody knows exactly what was happening, nobody should judge the Driver.

I just passed a Situation where a Motorcyclist was coming on the wrong street side. Impossible to see... 

it have been only some Millimeters and not only he would be dead.. 

In Case anybody want to change anything about waste, he or she should understand the System before. 
 

Give the Major any Idea that Garbage has Value and he can earn Money with it. Then I am sure, he will change anything.

Only Complaining makes no sense. Talking constructive is the only way out.

I already found this subject in this forum. But the advices for construction companies are only given in PM`s.

We would be very thankful if we can get recommendations for a experienced company. Till now, we only found "q-con" what we connected already. But there nothing open minded…. and no clear quotation, before we pay 400.000 Baht.
