Thailand's gone from one of the cheapest medical places to one of the most expensive in the world in a very short time. This as got to reflect on holiday preferences sooner or later. Just when will the insurance companies start to charge more when traveling to Thai destinations. How many expats & retirees will choose to stay if the insurance companies knock Thailand on the head.
TV travel programs should give this a mention instead of showing the usual day trips & cultural crap etc.
