Ask somebody who is coming to Thailand to bring them in their luggage and then post them to you if you are too far away to collect them. Just any idea. 

I recently visited a gold shop in Pattaya to buy a gold ring costing 20,000 Baht. The store assistant informed that the charge for paying with credit card would be 5% = 1000 Baht.  I went to ATM and withdrew 20,000 Baht.  Fee 220 Baht

I don't know much about this but would it be simpler to pay the overstay fine when leaving the country?

You can not write English so perhaps you a Thai person returning home. Good for you.  

I have to to Thailand several times on 30 day tourist and was never asked for evidence of funds. Sometimes I have Thai Baht left over from previous visit and some Euro cash. I mostly use ATMs to withdraw cash as I do not think it is very safe to travel with a lot of cash even though it is usually more expensive to use ATMs due to fees and exchange rates.

That is a very charitable thing to do but why not buy proper food and  give it to her?
