I'm leaning fungus too and I can clean it but that doesn't really answer the question which remains What is this fascinating stuff exactly.

I tried Google lens first and it said frost. I said it's 30 degrees in the kitchen and it doubled down and said frost. It's not frost. IT'S ALIVE!

It covers about a 12" tile but is now expanding every night. It is starting to pile up like a snow drift against the refrigerator leg. It's white and mildy iridescent and almost appears crystalized but it's not frost. You can see the dogs footprint in it for scale. It is very easily removed. There are no bugs in or around it. It seems like moth silk or some other organic material. I'm leaning towards aliens but open to suggestions.

Samui used to give me a checklist but I was at UR Imm this week they have no such list (or didn't understand my request). Is there one? Should I just work of the Samui list assuming it's all the same? TYIA

My current US passport has a short version of my first name ex; Jon. Because I will be issued dual citizenship and a second passport in a European nation in my full birth certificate name ex; Jonathan, I am considering changing my US passport to have the same full birth name. How will it impact my retirement extension, banking and drivers licenses in Thailand if at all? Should I not poke the bear and just have two passports with different names? I am concerned my new EU Nation will have issues when I need to present my US passport for parts of their process hence the concern.
