1 ... Car, (Isuzu Muy7 10 years old), in ex wife name, divorce = 50/50 split...no contact so car still used by me in her name.
2 ... I pay for tax and insurance every year (same insurance Co for over 10 years - no claims. (Insurance accepts my payments for the vehicle in my ex's name).
3 ... Nov 2019 my mate borrows car to collect his kids from school. Gets rear ended and pushed into Minibus in front - see pic. Everyone advised. Other driver at fault (admitted to Police). No injuries. My insurance will cover.
4 ... Insurance Co says ok for car rental during car repair period (Nov 2019 thro' Mar 2020)
5 ... Car repaired and returned insurance fully cover costs here ... during this time tax and insurance have expired. Tax renewed no problem there.
6 ... Insurance renewal ... Insurance Co want an additional 3k over last's years renewal price (up from 29K to 32K approx ... sorry I forget the exact numbers).
7 ... My insurance claim ... Insurance will not pay 100% of car hire charges because the vehicle is in ex wife's name ... (Hire costs were >30K) ... Insurance only offered 22K settlement and the settlement was split 50/50 (11K each between me and the ex) !?!
I had no options and went with the flow ... re insured with same company.
FYI only!

Hi guys, think happen and living project homes are two companies that consult, coordinate and fabricate tiny homes, container homes and basically everything that fits in a small space. We have recently been involved in the amsterdam airport build, the university of Amsterdam business park, the student park in barcelona and now have built in morocco and recently in western australia. We have a few ideas for Thailand as we have secured a representative there to manage our sales and we get enquiries each day for more housing options. Our process is to look at what you want and need, source locally and build locally if its cheaper than building at our head office. Why not drop us a line on [email protected] and we will look at your requirements. We build 3 types of houses which are standard, if you want to go outside the box :), then we accommodate your dreams too, but remember, its a 2 week build process for us, thats all…. then you are in your house.Look forward to hearing from youbest rgdsMike- 4

FYI ... I get my UK pension (GBP400) paid directly to my Kasikorn account here in Pattaya.
I do not "calculate the exchange rate, I do record how much goes in - same every month - and how much is credited - this differs .... I hope this chart shows what I mean ... and hope it helps!

Two objectives …
1. 90 Day Report
2. Renew Retirement Extension
Arrived just after lunch time. Queue was 3 lines long but moving (approx 50 people - didn't count them)
Got 2 tickets at Reception to cover objectives above.
My 90 day report number was only one number away from the current applicant....and... so was my Renewal number. The place was crowded??? BUT- the 90 day was processed and I moved straight across to complete the retirement renewal.
Both objectives achieved, I spent longer queuing than in the office.
15 mins queue...4 mins for 90 Day and 6 mins for renewal.
Well done and thank you to the staff!
