A soldier is someone's son or daughter. I wonder how they would feel if they knew they had shot a relative. They certainly would not be able to go home after the Army had finished with them.
Totaly agree with your statement, am somewhat supprised why many of the soldiers involved have not gone awol

Just start collecting data to know where/what to target and stop with all the hot air.
1) Count all deaths, not just at the scene, but any death due to an accident.
All deaths to people without a license
All deaths to underage drivers
All deaths due to people involve not having lights on or wrong lights (no red lights in rear)
All deaths due to people driving the wrong way
All deaths due to small bikes (less than 400 cc) and all big bikes
All deaths due to no helmets
All deaths with > 2 people on motorbike
All deaths involving u-turns
Just a start but add more categories ...
Agree with your comments, must state your first comment re no licence can easily be rectified by impounding there vehicle or motorbike until they have taken the driving test & follow up with a large fine, I know for a fact wher I live many many people do not have a licence

Been saying it for a long time, but with the state of the economy and the breakdown of many elements of society, this is going to be happening more often. More people are just going to snap.
True ''but'' this just does not happen here in Thailand, Europe USA etc but not here 2 incidents in as many weeks guy in Hungerford many weeks, I can not believe it, being brit I remember gunman Michael Ryan went on the rampage in the small town of Hungerford. Sixteen people were killed and 15 more were seriously injured in what was the UK's worst mass shooting. Thirty years later, the events of that day are rarely discussed by those affected. It is known simply as 'The Tragedy'.

It is a huge problem all over the country. The Indians have their holy cows and the Thais have their untouchable stray dogs.
I lived in Singapore for a while they used to round up the strays to put them down, strange that they are protected in Thailand ???

An impressive response from the medical services.
Its good to see this response rather than ‘no insurance no hospital’ type approach...
Even in unfortunate circumstances it’s good to see Thailand in a positive light in the news for a change.
Well spoken Richard

Very True I live in a small village near Pakchong, we have a very limited amount of Piped water, within a few days of the statement sure enough a team arrived with there Machine & started with the borehole, I believe they went down about 85 mt Ran a 10inch diam pipe down, that was over a week ago, what we see is the pipe about 1m above the ground with the power cable tied round the pipe, have to say the village still has no water, we are waiting for the well water to be piped to our houses

Yep, now he really solved the problem! This is a rather textbook case of insanity. Drought is a problem because the gound water level is at a record low!
What Idea does this mastermind get then? Oh yes! Let´s make 500 artesian wells and get rid of that little left of the ground water that actually still exist.
Great job Prawit! Your planet it very greatful, and will return your wonderful deed in a suitable way. -

Don't buy a Samsung, mine went after only 2 years. LG are the best now.
I baught a 50 inch Samsung TV 6 years ago Last year it went pop, I took it to a local repair shop to be informed that it needed a new board at a cost of 9,000 baht, went on the net searching for problems relating to Samsung TVS found some results stating that the capacitors were under powered instead of 10 volt fitted in mine, the new ones are fitted with 15 volt, in the UK Samsung repaired faulty ones free of Charge. My next move was to contact Samsung Thailand, they actually quoted me 12,000 baht ?? tried to explain it was there fault in fitting under powered capacitors, & that in the U/K repaired the sets free of charge, to be told you do not live in the U/K this is Thailand, next move I took out the board that gad the faulty capacitors back to the local tv shop asked them if could order all 3 & make them 24 volt, guess what they had some in stock 500 baht & a 1 hour wait job done, a mate of mine near where we lived had the same problem, he went out & bought a 50'' LG, I told him about the problem & how to sort it he now has the old Samsung in his bedroom
