This defines the difference between a civilized a d a third world. And is just plain stupid stupid stupid. Racial discrimination has shown its ugly head and somehow
people are going to say it’s ok. It’s not about Vaccinating the individual it’s about controlling the disease. Slowing down hospitalizations and preventing death. I moved out of Thailand and I’m so glad I no longer call it home.
