SamuiAddict  ........     take this advice ....         ( you've been given 2 months notice which is pretty good ) it's not like a week.

do you want hassle and grief ......   ?

do you want to get mixed up in a stressful situation which likely will amount to the owner winning .... ?

do you want to cause friction and have some Thai thug cause problem in a bar or whatever later ...  ?

because I can tell you that even though you may well be within your rights and bla ... bla ... bla .....

TIT .... it's not Australia or the UK ,

just move on,  find another nice place and go from their ,   why give yourself a big problem because that's what will happen if you start trying the Lawyer act .........

    Stupid advise????????????

    Remove these.

Nissan used to be good when they were Datsun.

And I tried to interest my wife in a Mazda.  She said the appearance was nice, like a BMW.  But she noted the rapid decline in value,  unlike Honda which holds its value better.

I'd say look for a used version of the rest, driven by a rice farmer only on Sundays and to the temple/Big C.

And no Bangkok cars, accordingtomy wife--they're probably driven like crazy by people crazy enough to drive in Bangkok. ????

Your Wife seems to be not up to date! Mazda resell in the meantime same good as Toyota and Honda. By the way, Mazda 2 was the best selling  2020 Car on the Thai Market and number 2 of all Models behind Toyota Revo Pickup.

as it is a family car I would look at what safety equipment is supplied as standard as there are some new cars sold today with only 2 airbags.

Another model to consider is the Nissan Almera as news cars start from 499,000 although I prefer cars that the rear seats can fold flat such as the Yaris and the Jazz

Mazda 2 Sedan has also foldable rear seats.

How easy to say from the depth of a condo or a gated moo baan when on the way to 7/11 and back.  Some even speak about "paved road". I have yet to see such road on my numerous trip all over the Thailand, not even such a soi in the last village.

Yes, there are also some roads with potholes, what a surprise in a third world country, we have not been used to see such <deleted> in our perfect home countries...

SOME roads with Potholes in LOS?!?!?????????????.....you made my Day????

  7. This Report is not serious?! Sorry, but three out of four Thai and Farang- Motorcyclists have not the Skills to handle a Bike in Thailand. My Opinion after 15 Years in LOS. This is the main Problem. Inferior Streetconditions cause accidents because the lack of driving skills. There is no serious training and driving training is out of any question. A large number of drivers do not even have a driver's license and everyone believes that riding a motorcycle is a human right, regardless what age!
