You can enter on the enter before date and still get a new 90 day entry.
Best to plan to do it on the day before in case their was any delay in doing it.
Many thanks Joe, for this reply and all of your excellent replies on Thaivisa.

Hi,
I have a multiple entry non-immigrant 'O' visa. The visa was issued on the 3rd March 2016 and expires on 2nd March 2017. The visa states 'Enter before' 2nd March. Does this mean that the last date for a re-entry stamp is 1st March (i.e. before 2nd March) or the 2nd March?
Many thanks

Firstly, an apology if this topic has already been covered but the laws governing it change fairly frequently.
I have dual nationality and 2 passports. I have been staying in Thailand for the past year on one passport but would like to change to my other passport. 2 possibilities: by land or by air.
Has anybody in the same situation 'swapped' passports at a Thai border? (i.e. left Thailand on one passport and entered a neighbouring country on another - after showing the exit stamps on the first passport). Is it possible to do this by flying into a neighbouring country / or back into Thailand and presenting the 'second' passport? Some countries will allow this but others will not so I'd appreciate hearing from anybody who has experience in Thailand and neighbouring countries.

I need to get a non-B visa for employment in Thailand. I don't have time to wait for the new 'criminal record' check and my previous check is now nearly 12 months old. Has anybody visited the Thai Embassy in Hanoi for a non-B and not taken the criminal records check? Did you get the visa? Or any other embassy within reasonable travel distance from Thailand?
