  2. Hi

Many thanks for the reply, yes just to clarify

Do I need to copy ever page of my passport, still a little unclear on this.

I thought not many documents were needed for my wife when we did our sons a few years back.

Finally just realized that the blue book is at the wife's mother's home and our appointment is tomorrow.  Is the original needed or can we use a copy?

    Cheers

  3. Hello

I am just about to apply for a British passport for my daughter however there seems to be so much conflicting info on the internet and also in some of the threads here on Thaivisa so hoping someone can clarify documents needed etc.

    Fathers Documents

    - Passport

    - Birth Cert

My question here is do I need to take a photo copy of every page as  some people have reported u don't and some do.

    Mothers Documents

    - Passport

    - ID Card

    - Tabien Baan

    - Birth Cert

    - Marriage Cert

    Q. Again do we need to copy every page in her passport?

Is the ID card needed if she has a passport and if so does it need to be translated?

Does the Tabien Baan need translating?

    Daughters Documents

    - Birth Cert

    - Household Registration

    - Photos

    Q. Does the page in the Tabien baan need to be translated?

I have already done it once for my son however we never had to translate the Tabien Baan and I can remember doin all the pages in my passport but not sure if we did m wives also.  I know requirements are always changing so hopefully someone who has been recently can shed some light.

    Thanks

  4. Hello

will be going again next month to renew my multiple entry visa, 15 months is a long time and rules regs can change a lot.  Just wondering if there are any changes I need to know before I go?

last time I remember I had to take the following

    photos

    passport

    trebian Baan

    passport wife

    marriage cert

    Birt cert son

    5k

obviously signed copies and signed for the above, anything else changed or missed off?  I'm sure  ubonjoe wil know.

    cheers

  5. i read that thread many times and many more like it, sadly going to local Amphur will not work as my child is 3 months old and can not vouch for me been his dad.

My option is the 3rd to petition the court but not read or heard anyone who has done this alone and only just used lawyers.

Many people have said about 10k which I'm happy to spend for a process which might have me going round in circles from many of past experiences here.

So just would like to hear some recommendations for a lawyer thanks

  6. Hello

Thanks for the information, I think I maybe worded my OP incorrectly.

I need to hire a lawyer so I can go to court to prove I am the Legitante father. Simple process so I hear especially when the mother agreed.

Once that is done I can extend my Non O visa in cheng Wattana. Lots of information on here to say this is the process.

I am very interested to hear that it can get you a multiple entry in your home country with the DNA results. I'm from the UK so I will enquired about this also as going for a holiday in August.

How long did it take to get the DNA test results and the cost of you don't mind me asking?

    Thanks

  7. Yea that's the name couldn't think of it top of my head. I have no other knowledge of sports halls closer.

I do believe there is something near bang Jak BTS but I have only been told about it a while ago and never been. Around Soi 95 or somewhere near.

We did used to have Piyarom sports club by Topps but it got knocked down. Prices were really high for a day pass and members but facilities were great.

  8. Anyone know a badminton court not to far from bts udomsuk? 15 minutes walk max.

    I can't find any!

Don't know anywhere in a 15 minute walk but if you take a bike from the BTS and turn on to Udom Suk 51 then take a turn on to Soi Prewit Lae Phuen 14 there is a big badminton center there. About 10 mins bike and cost be about 50b

  9. Just to second about 101, Peter the new owner really nice guy. And anyone who reads this must go for a Sunday roast, been going on about this for ages as just something we did not have in the area and always had to go lower suk. Not only close by but it's far better than any I have had at Sportsman, Robin Hood, Kiwi etc etc

Not had the breakfast but my mate has been a few times and said its great also. Really hope goes well for him and it stays open.

Used to go Develish a lot but their service has gone so bad that it's outweighs the quality of the food. Many items not available on the menu and over 2 hours wait for food to be delivered same soi. Really hope they can sort this out but won't be back till they do.

New itallian and wine bar opened up on udom suk 51 will give a bit more info when go this week.
