if you are over 50s and you deposit 800k in the bank you'll got retirement visa,

if you pay 500K you'll get 6 years elite visa,

if you form a company you'll get a work permit,

if you pay a university course you'll get an education visa.

if you have a work permit and you've paid your social taxes for at least 3 years in a row you can apply for permanent residency.

if you do not have money or Job then simply do not come here, Thailand's priority is taking care of the welfare of its citizens.

All that is very easy and straightforward process ? so what else should Thailand do ? bring all these jobless migrants and refugees and pays free welfare to them at the expense of the taxpayer's money ? sorry Thailand can not imitate the madness of the west.

Africa and the rest of the world does not have the capacity to absorb this massive overcrowded population. we've seen the impact of that overpopulation on several neighboring countries in the region (Italy, Spanish African enclaves, Egypt, Israel, Algeria, Libya, Morocco..), some border guards has even started shooting directly at these migrants because they cant deal with the massive influx.

if the fertility rates are the same, and the developed nations does not intervene rapidly to reduce this high fertility rates, Africa's total population will soon reach the cap of 2 billion from its current 1.21 billion in less then 5 years, expect some sort of massive apocalyptic event.

Why would anyone in the world negotiate agreements with U.S ? The U.S. organized the entire world to achieve an agreement to lower green house gases, and then tells them to go shove it.

I've worked in an airport as a security personal for a couple of years in a major European airport, in terms of stats of non-terrorism related crimes(smuggling, trafficking, thefts etc..), the cleanest record nationalities on earth are Monégasque, Liechtenstein, Japanese and Icelandic,  and the worst are Nigerians, Romanians followed by the Colombians.

yup had a profile with different name,  didn't publish my photos, just avatars, my rant is mainly about facebook's monopoly, wish that people were smarter and gave balance to other sites, to have different views leaving the whole market to FB is dangerous !! I think the chinese were smart when they promoted local sites, remember that Facebook was used in 2009 to organize a Ürümqi riots  in China that killed almost 200 people.  The Chinese government asked Facebook to help identifying the terrorists. Facebook said, eh, hmm, just freedom fighters exercising free speech. u kidding me ? they censored a simple caricature of Carlos lattuf and cant censor ISIS ?

So the Chinese told them to get the <deleted> out of China. meanwhile during the elections in Europe they censored and close down all alt-rights pages

I think I am probably one of the very few people in the world who never created an authentic Facebook account, I always loathed this site, it's leftist, it serves globalist agenda's, I agree with the Chinese, the Vietnamese and even the Iranians who banned this site completely, considering its obvious bias towards the interest of some particular minority group, I think it's time for the people to give other alternative sites the chance, I uses VK.com because I can use it through VPN it does not require any logging to read its contents, I can write and express freely all my political views unlike Facebook that s a spying tool used by different governments.

Plain and simple,  the military industrial complex salivates at prospect of war with North Korea, just take a look at their stocks and how they got very high during this crisis,  trump siphoned 1 trillion from the Saudis by raising thier fears from Iran, and it s time for Japan and South Korea to foot the arms bill

I have given endless examples, that when consumers are offered the choice between a German product and a Portuguese one, they will never pick up the Portuguese unless it s cheaper to certain extent, and to become cheaper it needs to devaulate just like how China manipulate its currency for export, that is how the french Carrefour supermarkets chain lost its battle of market share to German chain LIDL, German labor laws are 180 degrees opposite of french laws, you will never ever compete with Germany ! the EU was built to suffocate small, mid-size and startups, its purpose is to eliminate all competition and keeps the monopoly for large multinationals that loves this bureaucratic union.

During the last 30 years, not a single French start-up company managed to get into the CAC 40, just compare this to the US, Singapore etc.., hey people !!, these euro policies does not work, there were an experiment in Portugal where the local government gave zero tax incentive to corporations and could not create a single job, the reason given ,Portugal could never ever compete with Germany as long as they have the same currency, those countries(Greece, etc..) needs massive devaluation in order to attract investments again. Argentina recovered successfully from the financial crash but not Greece guess why ? because it does not have its own currency.
