About 400 under 15's die in swimming pools in USA annually, perhaps their parents should all be jailed too, some of you posters here should be ashamed of yourselves, these parents suffered a tragic event that will haunt them all their lives, and some of you can't help the Thai bashing. And you just added to it, yeah I know all about the old Alcohol stops you mention. Long gone are the days that if you fell off your motorcycle at the traffic lights cos so drunk, the Police would help you back on it and advise you to go home. If a girl was 30+ and working in a bar, she would either be the mamasan or the cleaner and 45 Kgs was fat.

I was in Soi 6 the other evening selling Bibles, wasn't really packed, nothing like it used to be obviously, but plenty of desperate girls/women and quite a few even more desperate Farangs/ dinosaurs, altogether a pitiful sight, a tragic place really.

A lot of Farangs would be caught out at closing time if the Police breath tested all drivers after the bars close, nearly every Farang I know takes the chance, should be a mass testing at closing time around the bar areas, 100's of Police and The Army, no escape, all roads blocked, then deport the lot of em and ban for 10 years, after paying a 100,000 Baht fine or 6 Months Prison. That would stop the Farangs from drink driving. Thais are a different matter, but the Farangs that drink and drive , it's easy to stop with draconian sentencing.

So funny, what a complete dick, I know germanic humor is non existent, but try to have some empathy, Jesus.

BTW, nearly every Farang I Know , and I know a lot, who has a Motorized node of transport and drinks alcohol, drinks and drives. But I am sure ThaiVisa members would never do such a thing.

None of this matters in the case of Boss, he could have gone out with a hand grenade and took out 25 people, he would still be untouchable, his family connections are above the Police, Prosecutors and the Government. Only one man could give the order, and that is just not going to happen, everybody else is powerless.

He is untouchable. The Prime Minister orders that Boss has his passport cancelled, They could change laws that doesn't allow this to go away with time, many things could be done, but nothing will. His Family's connections will go to the very top, the untouchable top, Prayuth and Co are powerless, they start making any real waves, they will find themselves under investigation as to their own personal fortunes, they'd all end up in Jail. One order from the very top, they are toast. The people that really run this country will have files on all the Generals and their corrupt dealing that would see them disgraced and their fortunes confiscated and they'd die in jail. You really think that Prayuth wants to spend his time under a constant spotlight, I bet he'd rather be spending his final years getting through some of that enormous wealth that he amassed, as a Soldier. He's a puppet PM ordered to stay where he is by those that have so much dirt on him, he cannot refuse to do as he is told, he knows it, they know it.

If you were able to go back to the year 0 and get rid of just one thing, and that thing would never ever be produced, and no humans would ever use it, what would it be ? Mine = Alcohol, the drug that's been killing millions for thousands of years, available at a shop near you with the ( Caring for the people) Government tax sticker attached, it was a close choice between Alcohol and Tobacco, but Alcohol came out as my choice.
