Doea anyone know if to take the GED test in Thailand you need to have a student visa? Assuming you have a proper other kind of visa. Since you are not studying only taking a test I don't think it's needed but I thought I'd ask anyways.

Do they still give 30 days there? Or only 15 days?

Yeah it's awful that every year you're basically at the mercy of whatever immigration officer you get. Sometimes you have all the papers and they ask for more that nobody ever asked before and other times you get through even if you don't have it all "mai pen rai".

I applied for a "O" visa based on marriage to my wife in Suvanakhet in May 2013. I then did this:
- 90 days border run from May 2013 - August 2013.- 90 days border run from August 2013 - November 2013.
- 90 days border run from November 2013 - February 2014.
- 90 days border run from February 2014 - May 2014.
- (early) 90 days border run from April 2014 - July 2014.
- 1 year extension with 400k from July 2014 - July 2015.
My current 1 year stay expires on the 18th of July (next Saturday). Based on this do I qualify to get another 60 days extension as per article 2.24 of the Immigration laws? Or could they think that it's been too long since I got the last visa in May 2013?
Is a student visa required to take the GED test?
