2x2 meter in a bigger garden or 2x2 meter just between lets say house and wall?
Does the soil drain well or is it prone to water logging?
In the back corner of the property next to 2 walls with good drainage.

I've got an area of approximately 2 meters x 2 meters to plant a shade tree. Any advice on a deep rooting tree that will offer lots of shade other than a mango tree?

What was the form you needed, does it have to be in color?

Has anyone been down to immigration this month to do their visa renewal?
I know it was a real nightmare a few months back, but I was wondering if it's improved.
I was wondering what time are people are starting to que up outside in the morning.
Thanks

Living in the sub tropics and complaining about mosquitoes = irrational, not crazy
Refusing advice on how to adapt to living in a mosquito infested region of the world = obstinate, over reaction
Winging instead of solving an avoidable problem = immature, girl
good luck growing a pair

Our local league has one spot available for a Sunday morning draft. Most managers are local expats if anyone is interested in joining follow this link http://tinyurl.com/omspxmh

They are considered children under Thai law, thus held unaccountable after a light slap upon their wrists.

The writer of this article seriously needs to get their facts straight. Uniformed second hand assumptions don't count as facts and qualified teachers can easily obtain work permits.Being a member of a band or diving does not count as a teaching qualification in Thailand or any other country for that fact. Would the author of this ridiculous post feel the same if backpacking tourists were employed to teach the youth of their own country as a past-time to support their extended vacations?

dont see a way to join.
Sorry about that, seems like you have to go through the directory page. Type the name of the league "gridiron thailand" and you should be able to join from there

Would you be interested in turning this into an Outside Group Activity of the CM Expats Club? http://www.chiangmaiexpatsclub.com/activities/ That is, if you ever get together to talk about your activites, share a beer, whatever.
I'm sorry, I have just a vague idea of what fantasy football league "owners" do, but it seems like a nice activity.
If you became a CEC OGA, you'd be able to publicize your group in our e-newsletter, which goes out to 2500 people, post your activity on our Facebook page and website, make announcements at the once-a-month General Meeting at Le Meridien, which attracts about 150 people and distribute flyers at the twice-a-month Coffee Mornings at River Market, which attract about 60 people.Sounds fine to me Nancy, the league is just a goofy thing to do to connect a bit more with American football over here where it's unpopular with few viewing venues. The UN Irish used to do replays on Mondays, but I was usually the only one in there.

My bad, the link takes you to the league home page, but there isn't a join option. Type in the league name Gridiron Thailand for custom leagues and join from the directory page instead. Sorry to make it complicated, but I falsely assumed you could join it directly

The league has been published with a draft date set for August 30th at 10:30pm EDT which will be at 9:30 am on sunday the 31st.
follow this link to join the league http://fantasy.nfl.com/league/2388980

I'll activate the league on nfl.com next week and set up a draft date for the end of august in order to give enough time for everyone who's interested time to join. If anyone would like to customize the scoring or organization let me know, otherwise it will be the same (default) as last year.
-
For sh*ts & giggles, I created a league on nfl.com, but I haven't posted it online yet. A few of us did this last year, but only half the owners were local. If anyone is interested in joining up send a reply and we'll try to stock it full of local expats this year.

I'm confused, why do they have to borrow money for a commodity they borrowed in order to sell?
Why don't they sell the rice first and use that money to pay the farmers a percentage of the price they pledged?
Why are they borrowing money to sell rice they don't own, anyone else confused here?

Jeez, with all the people slipping and falling off balconies, I think it's about time for a craqkdown on those as well

Gecko is the hands down winner for your requirements.
Expats can be found sitting at the bar and the talkative guy's name is Rudy who owns the place.
Give the lasagna a try

Spend, spend, spend!
But until Thailand abandons their NO FAIL policy, grades will remain meaningless and students will be pushed through the system without ever gaining a firm knowledge foundation to build upon.
I'm a high school English teacher here and by the time the students get to me they have already given up because the basic language skills they need to anchor their learning into were never acquired or the ability is there, but the motivation is not. Work hard, study and put forth your best effort and you pass or play with your phone, skip class and put forth zero effort and you pass.
Effort, knowledge and ability are not requirements for advancement to the next level. Simply showing up to campus for role call, not necessarily the actual classroom is all that any student has to achieve in order to succeed in Thailand's educational institutions.
Sad but true

Barley
in Chiang Mai
Does anyone know where I can buy a large bag of barley grain in Chiang Mai?

Thank you for the clarification. I'm a total newbie/rookie to the art of making homemade cereals, but with the cost of cereal continually going up, I figured I could make my own and it would be a nice hobby to indulge in. None-the-less, do you know where I could acquire the grain necessary to concoct a delicious cereal of my own here in chiang mai?

Does anyone know where to purchase barley to mix with other malt like ingredients in order to make a delicious cereal in chiang mai?

This is has got to be one of the most ignorant questions that has ever graced this forum. Is it safe to marry any woman or man for that matter? Human nature whether good or bad depends on the person, not the race or nationality.

Yep, just checked it and it does require a password from an invite. Use the password or altenatively you can just search custom leagues for gridiron asia and join as a player.
