I would like to know if the immigration can refuse an enter from an airport if I only have one way ticket ?

Also, does Thai Airways or any companies can refuse me to board ?

A simple plane ticket for Malaysia for example could be enough to avoid any refusal?

If you are negative but sit near a positive, you will send to the quarantine or not ? That's is the important stuff. No way an insurance will covers that, you can easily lost a lot of money. Any idea how high are the cost for a special price for you my friend thaï quarantine ? Thank you.

On the website on the Thaï Embassy at Paris they say they want to apply this system to all embassies of Thailand around the world. But, when (if of course) it will happen, what will happen for people who want make a visa and who lives in Thailand?

We will have a choice or we must imperatively make our visa in a Thai Embassy of our country?

Actually I stay in Thailand with Non-O visa based on marriage.

Next month my visa will expire, I will want to go outside Thailand, at neightboring country and come back.

March I will come back to my country - France - so I want to know if I can just go outside Thailand and come back and get a exemption visa for 30 days ? 

Or I need to make a new Non-O visa, even for less than 30 days ?

If I can, can I from land ? Or only by airplane ?
