I overstayed by complete accident on my immigrant non o visa by 3 days and 4 minutes and was fined 2000bht and a stamp to say so in my passport. I was obviously one of the unlucky ones to get the stamp. Does this affect me when I return it's the first time i have overstayed.

Hi all.
Quick question I live in the Pattaya area and have a 2 year Thai licence due to expire next month (Feb) can anyone tell me what documentation is required of me to apply for the 5 year licence as I know it changes depending on what DLT you go to.

What will happen to those who have any of the illnesses who already have a licence? Or is it just for new applications.

I pay about 5000 for 1 months rental. I do plan to spend 6 months at a time in Thailand but that's not for another year or 2 down the line due to commitments back home.

That's opposite Tonys Gym isn't it? Any idea of the price of a PCX 150? looked online and seen it around 81.000

Thanks for that crazygreg44.
The thing that got me thinking about buying was the fact you never know the condition of the bike your renting and on my last trip the bike mechanically wasn't 100%. I can cover the bike and it would be shaded in a secure location and a garage located right next door. So I think probably best to buy.
Thanks again for your feedback

Looking for some friendly advice. I visit Pattaya 5 times a year mostly for a month at any 1 time.
I always hire a PCX 150 for the duration of my trip but have been thinking about buying rather than renting. I have a thai driving licence and a safe place to store while I am away.
What's people's that's on this?
Many thanks for your advice in advance.

No mention about children travelling with adults.
I am fully vaccinated and can do the 1 night in a hotel but I have a 3 year old (Thai citizen) travelling with me. Are they exempt because of age.
