note for Samsung service center on pattaya nua; pattaya. I go there today to fix my S9+ and they say not a Thailand model. not same as buying outside Thailand.  Can't fix, can't get parts.   I want to wait  2 months to get a battery ? 

So I left and go to tukcom;  Samsung; they say; sure battery the same; we can fix easy. change it in  15 minutes;  with new back cover and all is well.

Very sad such poor training and support in the main  service center.  They care about nothing. 

just as well they shut that down !
