You are correct but all was too easy....The doc cert list only 4  requirements...Elephantiasis etc... The police cert within 14 days...

I got an O A in August from Canberra...No problem ..in 3 days...Try there....

I have just received my new O-A retirement visa from Australian Thai Emb...Expires 6th Nov 2018.

Can and how, does one extend the the expire  date before I re-new  etc

Only a FOOL would buy a condo or any property in Thailand...  I do not know how anyone can live with Thais  in a condo...or next door in a house...

I tried it and never,never again....  They do not give a damn about the noise they make all night and day long mainly, they can never shut a door quietly...

Amazing isn't it?     Take your Thai wife to Australia and you never have to report every 90 days...This place sure belongs in the 18th century..

Exactly the reason I do not marry a Thai lady.......I have far more freedom on my retirement visa and I will stay that way....

You are correct..I have a k-bank account and got it on a retirement visa..I have never had a problem with them. They also only charge B 15 per withdrawal in another province..Other banks charge B 20...

I have been here 15 years and have never got anything from a Thai....But, come their birthday...Where is it?

The worst I find with so-called Thai manners, non of them can say thank you. They seem to think they do not have to..

Rambling...Sorry to have to bother you...I have been trying to do same on the net....No can do...

When I go into www.immigration.go.th I get to their main site O K but, as I start typing in the first step page, typing slows down no end and I cannot continue... Also, I have noticed the www etc, starts to blinker... I cannot work out why...

I have got into imm through IE, Chrome and Fox.... and all the same ...Cheers.

It amazes me as how visitors loose their passports in many different ways..

I have been here for 16 years and I treat mine like gold, and have never misplaced it...

The trouble, the time and cost in replacing it is one big pain, to say the least...
