I did get a stamp from Immigration but that states the 9th of August so I reckon they count the 3rd of August ( cancellation date) as the 1st day. How much do they currently charge for a days over stay?

Hi guys need some info badly!

My WP and Visa got canceled today ( 3rd of August 2007) as I have resigned from my teaching position. This would then mean that I have to leave the country by the 9th of August. I will be taking up a new job in China but can only depart on Friday the 10th. How much will I be charged for overstaying?

The problem is not my Non B as that had expired on the 11 June 2006.

I reckon I should just leave in that seven days though and enter on 60 day tourist visa??

Just about to leave the school I was working for the last year and a halve. I still hold WP from them that is valid until Apr 2008, I guess this they will cancel when I leave? Do I give them my Blue Book or must I do this myself ( Strange how employers get funny near the end..so juts cautious.)

I am aware that I have to leave within 7 days of termination of my employment and plan to go to Penang or KL since I live down South. I want to return to work as a Certified Scuba Divemaster in Thailand and believe this can be done by using the tourist visa. How do I apply for this visa and how many days will it grant me(whats the cost of the visa and is this open for extension (How many days for extension?) Could I obtain a multipul entry with my work visa prior to the termination of my employment and come into the country with that ( even though it is linked to the work permit which would be canceled by then).

I hold a non b but that was only valid for 3 months so can not bounce back on that. I am a Caucasian South-African.

I am a South-African Citizen who has been holding a work permit teaching English for nearly 2 years now. I am how ever in the proses of changing my profession to PADI Dive Master. Lex, my feamle retic is headng for one year now and is just touching 6 foot. She was a bit agressive when I just got her, but she is so chilled now. She has never bitten me So for all has ben well, almost the whole comunity knows about her and comes to vissit her often. I try and do some education on the locals as Retics are becomming less in Thailand. So far Karma has trwated us well. I might be relocating to Bali soon and this could opposze some promblems. Anu suggestions?

Bought a reticulated Python from CHatucah market and brought her down south with me in the train now worries. REtics might to big for your young one to start of with, A ball Python should be the best. Chatuchak section d has a few good reptile shops, try them out.

On that note does any body knoew the legislation on import and export permits for snakes as I wantr to start breeding, Lex is just over 1o fot know so she is ready for some company.

My name is Eugene and I am 28 years old. I ahve been smoking since I was 18 and currenlty smoke 20 a day. I ahve treid quiting using quemem managed to to stay clean for a while but got trapped in it again when I relocated to the south of Thailand. I want to start a career in PADI, hopefully by July, but before then I wll need to quit as I do want to increase my lung capacity. I ahve orderd antoher bathc of quemem and my deadline is set for the 2nd week in July. I realy fear those first three days, any advise on how to make them smoother?
