The police have stated she was raped by the accused on many occasions, so are you now in agreement that they have been wrong in this case, in that the defendants did not rape the deceased?
In other words the RTP have fabricated evidence, based on what you've just said, to support their basis that they raped then murdered the deceased.
Would you care to explain how it's possible that neither the accused 's DNA is present on the alleged murder weapon, however the victims DNA is present?
Would you care to explain how the Thai coroner could come to that conclusion and how did the RTP arrive at that conclusion also, when a distant lack of the accused DNA is on the very instrument they allegedly killed their victim?
Why would they kill Hannah if she participated in consensual sex with either of the accused, what possible motive could they have had, after an act of consensual sex?
I'm all ears as this will be very interesting to hear, as it's going to be a complete contradiction as to the version of events the RTP and the prosecution are pushing!!
Just because there are not signs of rape doesn't mean she was not raped.
Also there is DNA on the hoe that could or could not be one of the B2 but it is not a full profile, so the defense only proved the prosecution right. as they have never claimed there was DNA from the suspects on the hoe.

As for the passport, well... Zaw Lin testified in court that another worker had taken his passport to get the visa extended at the time of his arrest on October 2nd and therefore he was unable to produce it when arrested. They didn't need to ask Andy as Zaw Lin spoke for himself.
I don't know what is going on in the courthouse so I can't answer that, but I do know Zaw Lin admitted to paying a broker 5000thb to come to Thailand which he didn't need to do if he had a passport,
and you will have to ask Andy why he has told everyone 3 years, and yes the IIRC cop did say a few months but as they are undocumented workers it would be hard to know when they came to Thailand this was most probably what the B2 told the police.
Were you there to see Zaw pay the cash to a broker? Are you the broker ? How do you "know" he paid a broker? Or did you read it somewhere like a poster who is an "expert" in gait analysis?

I have always been of the opinion that "running man" was wearing Davids shorts, possibly the only clean clothing not stained with blood that he could wear running up the street, they looked wet and far to big for the person wearing them, a dna test would be quite interesting
So who do you think would be wearing them ? maybe someone who went for a swim and then lost there clothes by any chance ?

In this clip at 1.37 there is a hoe with no broken blade have the RTP switched the murder weapon at some stage or is it just there for reference.
So you know think the RTP switched the hoe, then put 2 peoples DNA on it who are not the B2 ? I thought they are meant to be stitching up the B2 not helping them get away with murder.

Yesterday the court heard during one interrogation session, defendant Wei Phyo had admitted changing his clothes between allegedly participating in the rape and murder of Miss Witheridge, 23, and the killing of Mr Miller, 24, and going back to the scene of the crime to find his shoes.

You also have to remember that Chris Ware was the first suspect so he was most probably thinking he might get blamed for the murders don't you think if he had any information that he would not tell the police or do you think he would rather face a possible death sentence ?

The RTP officers in charge of the Koh Tao investigation are nothing but a pile of incompetent and corrupt pig manure! After the rapid fire of cockups during the investigation, the victims' families stated that they were "satisfied with the investigation led by the RTP", what to me was the biggest insult to the victims in the whole case - carried out by the people who should care the most.
All my sympathies for the parents faded back then and haven't been reinstored ever since. The whole case and the legal prodeedings in court show how low the country has sunken, a signal to the rest of the world, reassuring each and everyone that money in LOS can buy anything.
For the sake of Hannah and David I prey every day that the case is blown wide open by some proceedings error, a CCTV video of the pier that pops up magically, or a former coward eye witness (Sean?) changing his mind and stating in public under oath who the true murderers and rapists are... Unless a miracle happens, I see no chance for the B2, since the ulcer of corruption spreads from bottom to top, obviously.
Forgot to mention: Shame also on any of David's and Hannah's "friends" who witnessed what happened back at AC bar but didn't tell. I hope you will receive ample punishment for that by simple Karma. May god have mercy on your souls!
Shame on Davids and Hannah's friends ? how do you know what they told the police ? they don't have to answer to you or social media you don't own them. the parents read the report and are entitled to there opinion, they also don't have to answer to you or anyone else.
David and Hannah's friends should receive ample punishment for what ? and these are the people who claim they have Hannah and davids best interest at heart what a joke.
to the people who like this post it just shows how low you are, yesterday you were all claiming to care for the victims families. time you all took a long hard look in the mirror.

Then we have the video of running man wearing what seems to be be Davids shorts holding what looks like a phone.

He said fellow Myanmar workers had also noticed suspicious behaviour from the two after the murders, and secretly tipped off a Myanmar worker chief, who later told the police, which led to their arrests, the source added.

Does anyone know if they have used the bite marks as evidence ? this is how they caught serial killers in the old days.

In the "other" paper it says the police did not take any DNA tests from the Hoe, but it did take fingerprints, so I suppose we will have to wait for the judges report to come out , to see if these were used as evidence or not.
