outside of khao san the thai people are quite fun and entertaining but around rambutree and khao san are there is this arragant snobby vibe like its shamefull to even bee seen talkting to a farang unless its to exchange goods and services.

The bus driver said that while the seat was being welded, they forgot to disconnect the power cables from the battery, which caused a short circuit, the officer said.

I think what they forgot to do was to off-board the passengers to a safe locations while the welding was being done. Could have bought them a coffee or beverage as well for the inconvenience.
