Your main responsibility will be to work with our Marketing Director to execute exciting communication initiatives that start conversations with our existing customers . This communication will be in the form of blog replies, Facebook, twitter, newsletters, promotions, announcement, surveys and so on.

Customer Engagement Officer

We are looking for an experienced, energetic digital marketing expert to take on the role of Customer Engagement Officer.

Your main responsibility will be creating ongoing initiatives that start and continue conversations with our customers in the form of surveys, newsletters, promotions, announcements and so on. Your work will drive customer loyalty and advocacy.

You will read customer support tickets, blog comments and be continually finding ways to make the customer experience better.

You will need to

· Be proactive in learning the product as well as our customers do

· Have continual stream of creative and implementable ideas

· Have understanding of technical tools such as mailing software, survey monkey, Wordpress

· Have experience of writing web content such as blog posts, web copy, surveys

· Understand the principles of SEO

· Create regular metrics and present at weekly meetings to company executives

· Have a tremendous customer service ethos

· Be a smart, interesting native English speaker that really thinks from the point of view of our customers

Our offices are in Bangkok, near the Airport Link, and a work permit is available. This job is onsite only and salary is proportional to experience and results

Looking for male or female voice over talent to work on a series of tutorial and marketing videos. You will need to be onsite for some of the time in our offices in Bangkok, or be available in our time zone for videoconferencing communication. USA accents preferred.

We are looking for someone who has experience in creating short tutorial videos for software products.

You will have input into the first pass of the script which will be developed by the marketing and technical team. You will then look at the product and create a storyboard, which will be approved by management.

You will be responsible for producing the final video using screenshots and a voice over. We are not looking for any complex animation or filming, but the end result should have the feeling of a professional production.

Negotiable Salary Full Time with WP or Part Time
