You were lucky same situation and both my passports were stamped in red Thai confirming only one passport (my near full older passport )could only be used in Thailand. They said the computer could not accept 2 pasport numbers for one person.

Malaysia would not let me swap to the other passport either on entry which in the past was never a problem. UAE Cambodia & Singapore were never any problem. 

Been through it all paid my 30.000 baht security money went court total costs 6000 baht (+ 6 month ban on motorbike licence as car licence I use different province address)

and 5 days later got my 30.000 baht back ..

Seen at least 10 thais and Farangs pay the 10.000 fine and go out of the cells .At court nobody got more than 6.000 baht fines.. Parasites if they want to enforce the Law  go all the way.

Its your first indication about sex in thailand. It is only a job the cleaner performs as thats whats she gains cash from.

Similary the Thai girl in the Massage with the add-ons.

Simalary Teluk married to the Farang driving the Honda.

Its a way to get cash some are instant and honest in the gogo show or blowjob bar.

You need just one of the 3 following documents:

1 - Copy ID card of House owner

2 - Copy House Book

3 - Contract of Rent

Bring a picture + 2 sets of copies of first page, departure card and visa. Or you can easily get the picture taken and copies done directly at the immigration office.

Pattaya is very 'Farang'-friendly, with Farang staff.

If you stay one night in an hotel in Pattaya, ask them for a "paper for immigration/visa/passport" and they will surely understand and give a signed confirmation that you are staying at their hotel.

Often wondered about asking hotel for letter to confirm where I stay for making extension.(probably the backpackers do it via 500baht agent fee)

Anybody ever got the letter easily perhaps a hotel near Immigration in Pattaya, any past experiences?

A two night stay would be enough they are only asking where you are staying on that day I think.

Last month out at pedang B. In Malaysia 2 days entered at Satun from Langkawi 30 day stamp. Then extended stay last week 30 days uk passport.

Even down to photos of her sister baby and you any marriage or birth certs for baby.

Idea ask in Casino Hotels if they can assist not this trip but for in the future. Might be it cant be done but if only wanting to gamble for 1 night stay in no mans land would it be possible to not enter Cambodia

Has anybody ever tried this for sure the casino bus with gamblers travelling to border casinos dont check in to Cambodia. Check out of Thailand next day check back in offset the Cambodian visa against the hotel costs

My problem with the stamps was the crossing near Satun The Gentleman there also showed me how easy using the TM number it was to get my photo on the screen when I came into the country which is the same person in both my passports

In theory for proof of your visa status they only need to check you TM. Number on departure arrival card .

The immigration officers iphone will soon have access to the software soon no need to carry a passport.

The thai immigration told me the system cannot physically link 2 passports to the same person ..thats why my newest passport..(Yes like many overseas workers I have had 2 valid uk passports for 20 years)

Yes I caused a fuss at border and in Immigration. The computer cannot link 2 passports to the same name..Other countries swipe my passport and have link to my second one...

Hard to understand as 12 years past my Thai wife had 2 passports both valid it gave us great fun at the airport..

A valid reason for 2 passports is simple in some countries your passport must go to the country for a work permit/visa.. As a cook on a boat I told them she required her passport would go by post to Indonesia for work permission it was BS..

She would require a 2nd passport to travel All tax paid by my business balace sheets my business documents and 5 visits to Cheang Watana BKK ....There you go 2 valid thai passports.(they issue 2 but dont recognise my 2 passports)

Agents can be used in Siem Reap or Sanoukville. You dont need to go to Phnom Penh. It may take a day longer time wise less travel for you. PP. is not a fantastic place to be same as the other places in Cambodia.been twice in past 5 months.cost me $60 3 to 4 day turn around

Entering Thailand on a visa excempt in BKK my mate was asking if better to make a re-entry permit

He was planinig casino day out at Poipet. Making a Cambodia visa online from what I see he will not be allowed back in to Thailand the same day.

#1 With a re-entry permit would he be allowed back in the same day.

#2 is it possible to use re-entry permit on a visa excempt.

In KL my girlfriend from Philippines gets asked for loads of paperwork hotels flights funds etc and a letter from me as an ATM from her.

As she is Asean National her visa is free. NOT in KL they went and asked the consulate as she kicked up a fuss with the Asean lady this was more than a year ago the Consulates answer was if its free in other Consulates for a 59 day visa go to that consulate.

The KL consulate sells 60 day visas and you and everyone pays the same.

Its not the staff its the consulate thats twisted.In penang Asean National can have 59 day visa free

A backpacker requiring a single entry tourist visa will not have this problem on a world tour in KL

A cheap Charlie doing border or nearby country bounces will be inconvenienced by the KL consulate.They are the same as any Body that issues visas they are there to hinder the abuse of their countries visa system.

The British US or Swedish visa department are only trying to stop visas being issued in the same way they are in no way there to assistor make it easy
