When my flight lands, I want to go immediately to Gate 8, sign up for a shuttle to Pattaya, go to to the baggage claim, pick up my luggage and return to Gate 8. Will airport security let me do this? Or must I proceed directly from the plane to baggage claim?

The only way to bring culture to Pattaya - art,music, architecture, etc. is to build a university here!!! At the least, the local government should begin by talking to people at Mahidol, Burapha and other Thai universities to stat an extension college. Operators of elementary, high school(gymnasium) private schools should be a part of the discussion. More and more immigrants families want a local university so they don't have to move to Bangkok for their kids to get the cultural education training and experience they need as an alternative to the sex and bars they currently have.
