1. If applying for a one year extension of stay based upon marriage at immigration the money needs to be in the bank for 2 months.
If you applied for a multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage in Savannakhet Laos you would not need to show any financial proof. The visa allows unlimited 90 day entries for a year.
2. There is no requirement to show where the 400k baht came from. Bringing it in by doing withdrawals at an ATM would be expensive compared to transferring it in into your bank account.
3. You should choose one of the major banks.
4. You do not need a house book to apply for it. You will show your wife's house book as proof of residence if that is where you are living.
Here is a list of the required documents to apply for a one year extension.
Unless you are applying at Bangkok you will need 2 sets of copies attached to 2 TM7 application.forms.
Proof of 400k baht in the bank for 2 months by way of a letter from your bank and your bank book.or 40k baht income.proven by a income letter from your embassy.
Copies of your passport photo page and every page that has any stamp or visa for Thailand on it. Copy of TM6 departure card.
Marriage certificate and a updated Kor Ror 2 marriage registry (Kor Ror 22 for foreign marriages)
Copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card.
Photos of you and your wife in and around the house. One must show you both with the house number shown in it. The number of photos needed varies by office.
Map to your residence from the nearest main road or street.
Proof of residence if not living where your wife's house book is for.
Some offices may want witnesses when you apply.

Which Embassy/Consulate are you talking about?
There is ,currently, nowhere in SE Asia that offers a same day visa service.
Savannakhet
Then you have been posting out dated information !
Savannakhet does not now offer a same day visa service .......................
I went there in december 2015 !

I just got back from there. I got the 1 year multiple entry visa. They DID ask to see the original marriage certificate for a minute for a quick glance. Also the processing times was 2 days not 1.
The visa is issued the next day isn't it?
You pickup your passport the next afternoon after the day you apply.
I was there first time - without any problem -and i was shoked becuase they gave me visa with passport same day
i came morning about 8-9 am - and get the passpor (same day) about 4 pm, so i was shoked and every one there too
but i dont know it was one time only or now it is there all the time like this

ok, thank you for answer

thanks for fast answer,
and this visa i will get for 1 year ? yes?
becuase some visa (like NON-ED - studen VISA) must extend every 2-3 month
i read more information about that vis and this is correct,
Single-Entry Non-O - 2000 thb (will get 3 month visa) and every 90 days i must live thailand
Multi-Entry Non-O - 5000 thb ( will get 1-year VISA)
Please correct me and tell me how it is work exactly
waiting for answer

Single entry gives one Single stay of 90 days then you must leave ( or apply for an extension of stay before the 90 days expires)
Multiple entry provides multiple 90 day entries for one year and you must leave Thailand every 90 days, enter another country , then return to be given another 90 day stay.
so if i will get Single-Entry Non-O - before 90 days can i apply for 1 yoear extension vis in bangkok ?
and if i will choose Multi-Entry Non-O - every 90 days i must leave counry,
so can i go after 90 days to camobodia - acros the board - and come back same day - and i will get extension 90 days?
and every time i must go to different country ? or can i go to cambodia every 90 days?
